Who writes this
Almost none of it is written by a person. The lists, the scores and the sentences on every card are produced by software from public Florida records and from what each business publishes about itself. A named editor signs a page before it goes live and writes the short introduction on it, and that is the extent of the hand work.
A business the owner sells marketing services to can never hold a place in a top ten, whatever it scores, so no list here depends on one person being trusted to be impartial about the owner's own clients.

How we check what we publish
We match businesses automatically against the records Florida publishes, we read what a business states on its own site, and we use what a business sends us when it writes in. Then we fact-check as far as those sources allow, which is not as far as anybody would like. Where a check did not finish, the page says so in plain words and the business holds no ranked place.
We do not run surveys, we do not telephone businesses to time how fast they answer, and no second person re-scores a sample to see whether the first agreed. If you read one of those promises on this site before 23 September 2026, it is gone because it was not true.
What we never publish
- Invented reviews, ratings, awards or quotes.
- Suspicion of review manipulation. Only a finding a person has upheld.
- An allegation stated as a finding.
- Personal home addresses taken from state records.
- Review text from another platform.
- Price or cost data. We have not collected it to a standard we would publish.
We also never solicit reviews for a listed business.
Corrections
Tell us something is wrong and we check it and fix it. Identity and license errors go first, because they are the ones that do real harm. We do not put a clock on it here, because we have no way to show you we kept one. Corrections and responses are free and never require claiming a listing or buying anything. The form is here.
What we collect and what we do not
- No reader accounts and no reader logins.
- Contact forms collect a name, one way to reach you, the category and the city. There is no free-text box for case details, symptoms or a medical or legal narrative, on purpose.
- Form submissions are deleted on a clock. A message to a business goes after 90 days. Your contact details and your wording on a correction go 90 days after the case is closed. An advertising application or an order goes after one year. The privacy page lists each one.
- We do not record calls. Florida requires all-party consent, and a recorded legal or medical inquiry is sensitive data we have no reason to hold.
- Behavioral analytics run on reader pages only, never on a page with a form on it.
We do not show star ratings
Not from Google and not from anywhere else. The terms behind those ratings say a directory like this one may not use them, so there is no star rating on a business profile, none in a ranked list, and no copy of one in our database. For a few hours on 22 September 2026 a profile did show that business's current Google rating. We read the terms again, decided they covered us, and deleted the whole thing rather than leave it switched off.
Because we hold no rating, no rating is part of the SWFR Score, of any ranked list or of any structured data on this site. We do not collect reviews, we never reproduce anyone's review text, and we never mirror another site's rating into our own pages.
