What we collect
- Nothing to read this site. There are no reader accounts, no reader logins and no advertising tracker following you from page to page.
- What you type into a form. A correction, a claim, a message to a business, an advertising application or an order for a plaque. Each form asks for the fewest fields that make it work and refuses any field it did not ask for.
- The robot check. Every form runs through Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether the sender is a person.
- Ordinary server records. Our host keeps the short-lived logs any website has so the site can stay up and stay safe.
- Where a badge is shown. When a business embeds its badge we record the website name it appeared on and how often. The host name only, never the full address of the page.
We do not record calls. Florida asks everyone on a call to agree first, and a recorded medical or legal question is exactly the kind of thing we have no reason to hold.
What we never ask for
- Case details, symptoms or any story about your situation. The message form is a name, one way to reach you and which business you mean. There is no free-text box, on purpose.
- A social security number, a date of birth or a bank detail.
- A home address taken from a state record. We do not publish those either.

Who else sees it
- The business you asked us to contact. That is the whole point of that form and we say so on it.
- The companies that run the plumbing. Cloudflare hosts the site, checks forms for robots and stores the photos. Resend delivers our email. If payments open later, Stripe handles the card and we never see the number.
- Nobody else. We do not sell what you send us, we do not rent it and we do not pass it to a marketing list. The site makes its money from labeled advertising and from printed recognition items, and that is the whole business model.
Southwest Florida Reviews is published by Aurawave Inc., which shares an owner with Spearleaf, a marketing agency. Nothing you send this site is passed to that agency.
What you can ask us to do
Email [email protected] and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A person answers. If you are asking about a business listing rather than about yourself, the correction form is faster and it is free.
This site is for adults choosing a business. It is not built for children and we do not knowingly collect anything from one.

We date it. This version was published on 24 Sept 2026. If we ever start collecting something new, it appears here before it appears in a form.
