Southwest Florida Reviews is published by Aurawave Inc., a Florida company that shares an owner with Spearleaf, a marketing agency. Every Spearleaf client that appears anywhere on this site is named in the conflict register. Reach a person at [email protected].
What a ranked list is
- A summary of documented business signals, scored the same way for everyone, with the method published and the working shown.
- Not a measure of legal skill, clinical outcomes or workmanship, and not a recommendation that you hire anyone.
- Not advice. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or construction advice, and reading it does not start any professional relationship.
- Accurate as far as the public records we check allow, on the date we print. Records go out of date. Check the license yourself with the regulator, whose lookup we link on every profile.
We are not part of any deal you make with a business you found here. If something goes wrong between you and them, that is between you and them, although we do want to hear about it through the correction form so the record can be fixed.
How you may use these pages
- Read them, print them, link to them and quote a sentence with a link back. All fine, and no permission needed.
- Do not copy a ranked list wholesale onto another site. The lists, the score and the writing are ours.
- Do not scrape the site into another product, and do not try to get at anything the site does not serve to a reader.
- Do not use a form here to send a business something they did not ask for.
What the free badge allows
- Any business on a current ranked list may show its badge on its own website, free, for as long as it holds its place.
- The image is served from our domain. Do not copy it, crop it, recolor it or change the words.
- The badge says what it says. Do not describe it as an endorsement, and never claim to be the best.
- Printing it, putting it on a vehicle or using it in an advertisement needs the print license that comes with the recognition kit.
- We can withdraw it. A business that leaves the list loses the badge at the next build, and the image stops working on its own.
What a listed business can do
- Claim the listing free. We check the request against the public record for the business and reply by email.
- Ask for a correction or publish a response to any finding, free, without claiming anything and without buying anything.
- Buy a labeled advertisement, where the category is open and the business clears the eligibility floor.
A business cannot buy a place on a list, a better position, a higher score or the removal of a correction. That is the promise the whole site rests on.
What we promise an advertiser
- We sell promotion and visibility. We do not sell leads, calls, bookings or customers, and we make no promise about how many people will press anything.
- Every paid unit is labeled Advertisement and sits outside the ranked list.
- You get a report every month with the real numbers, zeros included.
- Cancel by email. Stop clearing the eligibility floor and we take the placement down within 24 hours and refund the days you did not use.
- Nothing is sold through this website. Every placement and every recognition item is agreed in writing and invoiced by a person.
